Sometimes The Shipping Cost Could be higher or lower, custom sizes can cause changes. Zip Codes not being recognized, special options that were not listed, we will always double check your order information, and return it to you with a written "REVISED CONFIRMATION REQUEST" nothing will happen until you have had time to review any changes that may have occurred. Should You Require Detailed Drawings or Product Specifications Sheets Take a moment to contact us with your requirements chances are we have detailed drawings for just about every product we manufacture and available for your review. If you need something special we will be happy to provide a detailed drawing or spec sheet, we can provide this service to you at no extra charge.

Our web site and cart prices are only meant to provide an accurate estimate of a typical product. Please fill out our WEB CART ORDER or QUOTE FORM FIRST, and we will always double check all your order information for accuracy. The web cart prices displayed on our internet cart are for the specified model number, wood thickness, type of wood, unit size with basic options and accessories listed. Custom unit sizes and other combinations of options and accessories such as hardware, grilles, exterior color, interior finish, special glass and the like will affect your final price.

The product image shown may not fully represent the actual product, options and accessories of the final selections you may have specified in our internet web cart. Certain combinations/configurations may not be available. Installation accessories, installation labor, taxes and special freight delivery’s are not included in cart order form. Actual prices may vary.

Woodshop Network is not responsible for customer complaints when products are not ordered from us directly. Customers must deal directly with there contractors or suppliers to resolve any order or delivery problems. All our custom wood & vinyl products presently conform to all applicable NYS laws, ordinances, building codes and safety requirements. Any other violations other then these are the sole responsibility of the architect, builders, Home owner and/or contractor. Check with your building code officials prior to ordering for your own specific information.

The product information available on this web site is not, and was not intended to be 100% complete. Be sure to verify with your architect or contractor that the products you select are suitable for your project. Woodshop Network or its dealers can then confirm availability and you actual prices. Note: No charges are ever made to your credit cart prior to your final confirmation and or written approval. Your approval must me in writing and returned to us within 48 hrs of placing your request. All credit card data is removed from Our data base or computers. We do not store or use your personal information.

All custom door sales are final, once confirmed by you in writing. No returns or exchanges are possible once work has begun or the product has shipped.

Woodshop Network reserves the right to cancel any custom order if manufacturing problems occur. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost involved with the sale or returns to our factory. Customer(s) may not refuse or return deliveries to us without or (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization first. We will assign you with a RMA Number and Have our shipper’s pickup your shipment at our request. Products refused or returned to us without advance approval are refused by our shipping department and returned to you at your expense.

RETURNS

Customers that do not package orders in the manner in which they were received maybe subject to a RETURN CHARGE. Should a product become, delayed, damaged, or lost during the order or shipping process Woodshop Network will return your full sale price at its sole discretion.

SHIPPING

Shipping Is Provided By Fedex when ever possible. We do not require a signature when leaving screen doors, If you require special shipping options for your delivery please advise us at the time you place your order. We are not responsible for shipping errors, lost, stolen, or damaged goods. We have insured your package and we must follow Fedex guidlines. Your order once shipped will be assigned aa tracking number by Fedex, and will be sent in an email to you once available.

Woodshop Network at all times will provide a 7 day money back product satisfaction guarantee, if within 7 days of your wood screen doors arrival, your not happy with the quality or workmanship we will pickup and refund your full purchase price. Woodshop Network reserves the right to inspect or request photos of any damage claims. Woodshop Network also reserves the right to replace or repair any questionable defects your door may have.
