ORDERING

How to order – Orders for doors can be placed by phone Toll FREE (877) 548-7872, or by using our websites order form. Ordering on the web site is the BEST WAY possible for us to HELP You, reason is we will have all the required information we need to best serve you.  You DO NOT NEED TO place credit card information on our site, our Web Site has a QUOTE ONLY FEATURE that you do not need credit card data.  Also our site has a simple upload file area for sending us detailed drawings, color chips, or photos. 

NO CREDIT CARD charges are EVER Placed until you have CONFIRMED your order request.  We will double check your order for accuracy, then send it back by email for your review. Once you have double checked your order request, you send the completed email BACK TO US.  We will always confirm your order by email in advance,  and let you know your approximated delivery date at this time.

NOTE: please double check the size, and any custom options, custom sized doors, and doors with special features and options.  Custom Doors are  non refundable.

Payment methods – We accept visa, master card, or check.  If sending a check, we cannot begin production on your order until your check is received.  Also, please contact us for a grand total including shipping before sending your check. Payment In Full is required before production can be started. 

U.S. Orders Only / Sales Tax – We can only ship the doors within the United States.  New York  State Residents Only...Add 8.625%  sales tax to orders.

Shipping charges – Shipping charges depend on your location and what you order.  Please contact us if you require special shipping or  the shipping charges  in advance.  We will need to know the city, state, and zip code, plus what you will be ordering.  Doors are shipped by a freight company and can be shipped directly to your home or business.  Orders can not be picked up at our factory.  Please note: Shipping rates on our web site may not be 100% ACCURATE, so we will always double check for the latest information, and find you the best shipping rate possible.  We have provided a simple rate charge for orders of 1 or 2 doors.  However we have better options for multiple doors, or oversized and custom doors.  So we will contact you prior to processing your request with shipping rates.  (click here for more shipping information)

Privacy – We do not sell or share any of your information.  All information is kept confidential so you can feel secure about placing your order.

Lead times – Production lead time during the peak summer months, this is about 3-6 weeks.  During the winter season, it is about 2-3 weeks (depending on the type of door your ordering).  Please allow 1 week for shipping.  Some doors, depending on how custom they are, may take longer than normal lead time.  Painted or stained doors take longer than unfinished doors.

Rush orders – Rush orders are Aprox: $65.00 per door, and cuts normal production lead time by 7-10 Business Days. It does not rush the shipping time. RUSH orders are first come first served. We do not bump other rush orders. 

Damage –   Our packaging method for the wood doors provides the best protection from possible damage during shipping.  The freight companies we use do their best to handle the doors with care.  When you receive your door, please inspect the packaging.  If there is damage, please write "may be concealed damage" on the bill of lading.  Please do not refuse the package (we can have the freight company come back to pick it up).  You must notify us of any damage within 10 days after receiving the door.  Reporting Shipping damages after 10 days from receiving the doors are not permited, We have the right to request pictures of the damage.  Depending on the extent of the damage, we will repair, replace, or refund the door at our discretion.  You must keep all original packaging materials in case of inspection or return of the door.  We will handle the claim with the freight company.  Never return doors without our express written authorization.  We must refuse delivery on any un approved return.
Shipping cost are non refundable. No exceptions

Return policy – All of our doors are made to order according to your specifications. In some cases, we will accept a return, however, it must be pre-authorized.  We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns on any order. A re-stocking fee may be applied.  Shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.
